Biography

Licenced since 1980,I have been on-air with interuptions,due to Antenna restrictions. At present I am installing my shack,and experimenting with Antennas,which have to be "low-Profile" ,so no Tower in the Garden. Will do with a good Windom, home made, with a good Balun following recommandations by DG0SA ,Wolfgang Wippermann, who has wrtitten a couple of good articles about these misterious Items called Balun/Unun ,in my case a Balun with a 4:1 Ratio,200:50Ohm,with 2 Toroids, one with a Transmission-line Balun 4:1 ,and one with a Current choke after W1JR,with Teflon Coax.Windom Antenna Tested with WSPRLite, works great. 18.07.2020
