Biography

Born in 1943 in Bonn, Germany.
Teacher for mathmatics and physics, now retired.
Licensed since 1976 as DB7KX (VHF-bands only), upgraded to DF8KM in 1979 (all bands).
Like CW, but I am not so fast, sorry! But also work in SSB, trying sometimes digital modes.

Equipment

Kenwood TS 140 S, TS 570 D, and TenTec Corsair II with 100 W out into a dipole, 2x15 m, 6m over ground, fed with open wire feeder, working on all bands from 10m to 160m. For 10m/15m/20m GP, 6m up.

Also QRP with Kenwood TS 120 V, Icom 703 (10 W) or HW 9 (homebrew) and other homebrew CW-equipment for 20m/40m/80m with 3 W output.
