Paper QSL is always appreciated and 100% in return via bureau or direct and I do welcome SWL reports.

SWL Reports: I do accept SWL reports, but only under the two following circumstances. First of all I only accept SWL reports for QSOs in CW or Voice (FM, AM, SSB). I don't accept SWL reports for any digital modes like FT8. SWL stands for Short Wave Listener, not for Short Wave Let-the-computer-listen. And second I can only reply to SWL reports via the bureau or direct. No SWL reports via eQSL, especially not the ones asking for a paper card in return. Send me your paper card and I send you mine.
