| Biography First ticket WN4BNA fall 1961, also WA4BNA technician at the same time. came to Utah to college and became WA7IEO General. then KJ7BD Advanced, then AK7O Extra.
i operated only CW for the last 30 years. well i did 49 states on PSK31, need only WY. spent 2018 working FT8 mostly chasing grids. almost 10K QSOs. Did not win anything as was only 5th in Utah and ~260 overall.
Work NO SSB. only CW, RTTY and FT8. RTTY contests, CW to chat, chase DX and contest. Not a big contester but spend lots of time contesting.
Station: 2 K3's, ACOM 1000, T8 Tennadyne log periodic, 30, 40 and 80 meter inverted vees.
hope to hear you on the air.
my preferred QSL method is LoTW but will send direct--NO BURO. DX direct SASE. I upload my log daily to LoTW and eQSL also. do not chase eQSL awards, only upload log. do not chase QRZ awards either.
