Biography

I have been interested in radio since I was a teenager listening to shortwave and ham broadcasts on my old Hallicrafters radio. Joined the Coast Guard out of high school and became a radio operator mostly doing CW. Fast forward many, many years and finally got passed my tech and general licence exam with 100%. a year after that got my Extra and have been having a ball ever since. 66 years old and married to my best friend Diane. We have two shih tzu's Missy and Ollie and on cat, Addi Jo. Vice president of the SEMO Amateur Radio Club and besides ham radio, my interests are motorcycling on my BMW F660GS, fly fishing, shooting, reloading and just being outdoors.
