Biography

I go by WAYNE which is my middle name.

My Full name is Charles Wayne Frazell.
My email address is frazell1@airmail.net
I was WD5FRN from 1978-2019.

I QSL by QRZ and LoTW.

Mobile Contacts: If you work me mobile and want conformation, you need to email me times and frequency to so I can log you. For safety reasons I do not log while I drive.

I never had what I call a good HF station until late 2019 so my operating has been erratic since graduating from Texas A&M in 1980 until late 2019.

I have an electrical engineering degree from Texas A&M university and got my first Novice, General and Advanced license while at the A&M University club station W5AC.

I worked for an electric utility for 22 years. Since 2015 I have worked for 14 years as an appraiser of utilities and industrial properties for property tax purposes at Pritchard & Abbott inc. After that I retired at the end of 2018.

I have never married and live alone inside the City Limits of Fort Worth on 0.3 acres (0.13 Hectares), very near Arlington and just south of Interstate Hwy 30.
