Biography

I was born in 1960 near the town of Vrovitica. I was interested in radio technology as a child. I have always been interested in radio communication and experimentation in electronics. In 1980 I moved to Slovenia, got married and lived in Slovenia with my wife and two children for 40 years until my retirement. In the meantime, I passed the amateur radio exam in 1996 and obtained the call sign S56RJI. As an active member of the Radio Club Laško S59GCD, I moved to my new QTH in Croatia a few years later. There I set up a wire antenna for the HF band and a yagi for the VHF / UHF band. I recently applied to the Radio Club 9A1EJK Virovitica and the Croatian Amateur Radio Association and obtained a new call sign 9A5ACK at the JN85RV location. I am now retired and I hope to have a little more free time for my hobby - amateur radio.
