Rules diploma:
This Award Activity invites amateur radio operators to make contacts with the following special-event stations: 3Z1920PS, HF1920PS, SN1920PS, SO1920PS, SP1920PS, SQ1920PS. Each will be valid 15 pts. towards the Award.
Besides, the contacts with the stations operating from the counties that used to be involved in the Uprising will be valid 1 pt. each: CW, EM, ET, GE, IK, KB, LX, MF, MW, NA, OP, PY, RB, RC, RN, RS, TG, WV, YT, ZX.

Only single contacts with each Award station are valid, regardless of band or mode. The following scores are required to win the Award:
SP stations: at least 100 pts.
EU (without SP): 60 pts.
