Biography

Hi Guys i`m Alan and 50 years young i have been on and off the radio since i was 11 years old which my dad got me.

I passed the foundation

licence in October 2017 and looking forward in doing the intermediate licence soon. I now have my intermediate licence from 16 June 2018

The equipment that i use is Kenwood Ts2000x with a boom mic and also when i go portable i use the Kenwood Ts50 transceiver with the AMPRO 20 and the AMPRO 40 mobile antennas and a LDG KT-100 autotuner

I only have a small garden but have 3 antennas up 1 LW-20 endfed 10m-80m which is up about 7 meters and slopes up to about 10 meters

and the other antenna is a cobweb 5 band which is up about 7.5 meters .

I now have a X50 dual band antenna for 2m /70 which is on top of the cobweb

Many Thanks for lookimg at my page 73s Alan
