Biography

Yes you have found me . whooop whooop

Well like most of us we all started from CB radio. The dark side that most call it. Well back when I was a nipper me and me dad would test the distance of the radio and he would drive around the local area and I would be at home talking on the mic. Im sure we had a audioline in the vehicle and a homebase plug in the wall radio in the room.

Great fun had by all talking over the airways. Before the mobile phone killed cb..

So I thought I might and go and take my amateur radio test so I took my Foundation in June 2016 and passed. Said to our group (Middlesex DX Group) that I wasnt going to take my 2E0 as the bands are so dead. BUT I did in the end and passsed Nov 2107 after one of the group members convincing me (M1PRO) so myself and another member went and booked our 2E0 (M6ODL).

So now Im an 2E0 not much has changed as the bands are so bad. But hey 50 watts out the back of the radio works for me.

In the shack....
