Biography

Who Am I?
I'm the son of G3RKP(sk). I got my first callsign in 2009 as KC2VWR, then M6UBS and currently 2E0LUN, (I'm currently working on my full UK License,then I'll work on my US General & Extra). I'm reading Planetary Science at The Open University in Milton Keynes and yes I'm an advocate of going to Mars but by first colonising the Moon. I am an active amatuer astronomer who prefers Imaging to Visual Observing, a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, the lead host on the CometWatch and Irish Astro Geeks vodcast. Oh yes i also love making model spacecraft...
I prefer real hats to baseball caps too, and can be often be seen wearing either a Fedora or a Panama.....

My interests include Astro Imaging, Helio and Terresterial Weather, Cooking, Hiking (Fellwalking), Self-Suffiency (Kitchen Gardening), Homebrewing my own Beers and Wine and Languages.
