Biography

I'm licensed since 1975 and held also
German license DJ0KR for a couple of years while having worked there and
being a student.

I Calculated and build a lot of sophisticated high gain stacked LPDA-colinear-antenna structures and alike.
Also a 40m full-size quad with 6 elements each of them feed by a remote controlled phasing network this antenna proved to have superior qualities like a F/B ratio of 90db but just a slight wind sufficed to detune the entire antenna which wasn't easily tuned at all.
So I had to give up on this .... my personal antenna Waterloo as far as effort time
and money I have put into this.
After that I preferred going diving instead of HAM radio...
However, I found some pleasure in HAM radio again..."aand" ... here I am.... ;-)

Equipment

Antenna OB-16/3 = 16 elements for 3 bands 20/15/10m 22m above ground
Fan-Dipole for 80/60/40/30/17/12m which is about 20m above ground
HB9CV for 20m
