Biography

Hello and thanks for checking out my page....I'm a SWL and radio enthusiast in Mid Wales UK. I got started in the hobby when I was 14 with CB radio etc which soon turned into hf receivers as it does. I always said that I would do my foundation one day but haven’t as yet.
Now I,m nearly 40 and after have a break from SWL for 10 years I thought it time to get back into it.

Antenna is an 18m long dipole approximately 2m from ground level on top of a wooden fence. This is fed with wf100 coax.
J-pole centred on 127mHz for my VHF tuning
