Biography

Licensed in 1968 as WA5UHR .
DX. contest. DXpedition whenever possible. SWL WPE5FCA.
ARRL Life Member. eQSL Gold Member, DXCC WAS WAC ....

Interested in starting a SWL REGistry to record and issue SWL Station call signs for all SWLs. Many SWLS do not have a recognized station call sign issuer, i.e. SWLs in the United States and other countries. SWLing is the best way to get new interest in radio and the sciences, as well as HAM radio. Many Ham's continue SWLing along with ham activities. Creating a central SWL REGistry would allow for the creation of SWL QSL bureaus, both incoming and outgoing, for SWLs to and from hams, broadcasters, utilities and other stations.
I would only be interested in organising a nonprofit association.
If interested in this project please contact me KE5TO@ARRL.NET re: SWL REGistry

Tnx Scotty_KE5TO ( WPE5FCA 1966 issued then by popular elections magazine )
