Biography

Retired electrician and electronics tech. Born in Ohio but moved to Florida many years ago. Live in the swamp with the gators, skeeters, snakes and many other wild life.
Hobbies include astronomy, electronics, target practicing to name a few.
Plan to get my General license in a couple of months.

Equipment

Have quite a few RF scanners. I use a Yaesu FT-2900 for my 2 meter base with a J-Pole antenna. Also have a Yaesu FT-101EE as soon as I get my General ticket.
Also have a couple Baofeng UV-5Rs, Icom IC-2AT, and a Realistic HTX-202.
