At the moment I am living in Vienna/Austria, and studying Physics at the Univie.

I invented QTC Net, a telegram distribution network for Ham Radio launched in April 2014.� http://www.qtc-net.org/ you can publish telegrams in the qtc net to any call. You can also forward telegrams to the QSO Partner you are currently working on.�
