Biography

I have been a ham since 1991. I enjoy working digitals modes and some SSB. In my spare time I also work on maintaining the local repeater system for the county. We have 7 analog repeaters that are linked together to provide the operators in the county with portable operation. We also have 3 digital repeaters to maintain. 2 of them are P25 and one DMR.

Icom 7610, LDG AT-1000Proll auto tuner also an Ameritron AL-80B. Antenna's are 160 meter loop and R-9 vertical. Also a hexbeam. My other station are Icom 7300 with LDG AT-100 pro. Antenna is an end feed 80 thru 6. My mobile setup is a Yeasu FT-857 with a screwdriver antenna. Also my other camping mobile is an Yeasu FT-847 with an end feed antenna. I use this while we are out camping with the grandkids.
