Biography

I was born in 1948 in the city of Samara (also Kuibyshev 1935-1991).
Since 1973, I have been a specialist in fixed and mobile RF and VHF radio communications and certification tests of radio equipment at various factories;Ph.D.
From 1971 to 1978 I had the call sign RA4HDE and worked only on 28 and 144 MHz, mainly AM,SSB.
From 1979 I have a call sign UA4HAD and have been working with a break from 1990-2017 to the present time on all the bands allowed in Russia, mainly digital modes.
Made my first steps in Amateur radio with the participation of famous 40-60 years of Amateur radio Alexander Kamalyagin (SK) UA4IF (ex U1AP, UH8AF) and Viktor Ivanov (SK) UA4HP (ex UE4OB,UA4HB).
I spent a lot of time on the collective radio station UK4HAW working on the air with my colleagues UA4IU, UA4IQ (SK),UA4IN, UA4IJ, UA4HAL, UA4HBP, UA4HBR, UA4HFK and others operators.
In July-August 1989 I was a member of an DX expedition U-DX-Club to the Koryak national district of Kamchatka (QTH: Ust-Khairiuzovo) with the callsign 4L0X and operators: UA0IAP (SK), UA0IAY, UA0ZDA, UA4HBR.
I was a member of the DX expedition in July 1990 with the callsign RW0I to ITU 25 zone (QTH:Chaibukha), to work in the IARU HF Championship with my colleagues: UA0IAP (SK), UA0IAY, UA9KO, UA4IU, UA4HBR, UB5ILU.
The organizer and leader of both expeditions was the famous northern radio operator Veniamin Pavlov (SK) RX3VJ (ex UL7QJ, UV1PB, UL7LX, 4J0IAP, UA0IAP).
My second hobby is designing and making home-made transceivers for radio Amateurs. Communication with famous radio designers Yakov Lapovok (SK) UA1FA, Gennady Shulgin RZ3CC (ex UZ3AU, UA3ACM), Boris Stepanov (SK)RU3AX (ex UW3AX), Vladimir Belousov (SK) UA3CA and others allowed us to gain knowledge and experience.
As a result, in the 70-80 years, together with Valery Kobzev UW4HZ and Gennady Roshchin UA4IQ (SK), a series of transceivers КРС-28 (KRS-28), КРС-78, КРС-81 (with the participation of UA4IU) and linear amplifiers UM КРС-81 was developed and made.
Currently, I continue to work at the same enterprise (over 46 years), and spend part of my free time on the air. I will try to achieve the ARRL DXCC - Digital (345) result of my old friend Viktor Pronin UA4HBW.

God willing.

P.S.

I finished work in Samara In April 2022. I plan to live near the city

of Anapa, GRID KN85pc. Set up antennas, a shack and get a new callsign.

See you on the bands!

73!
