I was born in 1978 year. R3PJU- is my callsign, I work him May, 2017) .

My QSL policy:

- paper QSL via Bureau = OK , I answered 100% .
- paper QSL via Direct = OK , I answered 100% (no need money or IRC)
- http://eqsl.cc, http://qrz.com, http://qrz.ru = OK , I upload my logs everyday.
- Best variant = paper QSL for me, i will answere 100% + CFM on all services (eQSL , QRZ.com)

About me:

My name is Vadim. I live in central Russia - Tula city (200 km from Moscow).

My profession is the engineer, Candidate of Engineering Sciences (PhD).

My hobbies: amateur radio, DIY. I was on air from 1990 year in Radio club RZ3PXT(ex UZ3PXT). For a long time did not work in the air, but the hobby returned.

Usually I work in SSB / Digi - it depends on my mood. I only learning CW.
