Hello My Name Is Noel My Callsign Is KD5PMU.

I,am very Active In Emergency Communications. I'am an active certified Skywarn Spotter and the Skywarn Coordinator for Victoria County and a member of the Salvation Army Team Emergency Radio Network (SATERN) I'am a member of the COCORAHS Rainfall Net and the volunteer coordinator for Victoria county . I'am a member of the Texas State RACES program and the District Radio Officer (DRO) Unit # 17 for District 17 and a Red Cross Volunteer for the Texas Gulf Coast Region. I'am also a member of the Government/Military SHARES HF Program National Communciations System.I'am one of the Net Control Stations for the combined Victoria and Coleto Creek Amateur Radio Club monday night net and a VARC club member I'am also a member of the Jackson County Crossroads Ham Radio Club. I'am an Extra Class Operator. I'am also a current ARRL VEC member accredited till 8/20/2031. I work all the HF bands as well as 2 meter,440 and 6 meter FM bands and enjoy HF and vhf/uhf dxing, I enjoy working Space Communications and other amateur radio satellites. For VHF/UHF work I operate a Kenwood TM-G707A and a Yaesu FT 2900R on a Astron RS-35M power supply to a dual band UVS-300 Omidirectional base antenna about 30 feet high. Also operate a yaesu VX5R HT and a Yaesu FT 60R HT.I use a Kenwood 450 SAT a ICOM -735 and a Kenwood TS180-S for HF work .A G5RV 30 Ft high along with a Carolina Windom antenna 30 ft high and a 20 meter double bazooka 30 ft high. Using a Heil ICM for the Kenwood 450 SAT and a Kenwood MC-50 for the Kenwood 180S. Also use a Kenwood TS 700A for 2 meter sideband work. I also enjoy working digital modes PSK-31 RTTY MT63 SSTV Olivia a JT65 FT-8 and Packet mainly 20 Meters during day 40 Meters during night at my home QTH. For mobile use operate a Yaesu 2900R for 2 meters and an ICOM 706 for HF work.Also work DMR mode my DMR ID:3168339 and I often monitor the 3148 Texas Statewide and 3100 Nationwide talkgroups.My biggest contact was on 2 meters with the ISS talked with astronaut Mike Foale on 144.490 Fm Voice and enjoyed the NA1SS ISS QSL card I received .
