Biography

I was born. I did lots of things. I am still doing things like HAM radio and I'm a singer-songwriter. Search me on google (Kevin Scott Hughes) and stream my music on your favorite streaming store so I can get more royalties and buy a big 2kw linear power amp. Of course I'll only use 1500 watts of it max:). Thanks! I am a work in progress.

Equipment

Basic stuff: Yaesu FTDX 3000, MFJ Versa Tuner V, I'm fairly new at this lately. I just replaced my 20m dipole and made a 80-40m for-shortened inverted V. It's working OK I guess, so far. Because 40-80m is still somewhat open and I don't have much space at the moment. I'm mostly using FT8 now except a little local SSB. I still need a really big ass amp and antenna. When our home here in Arlington, WA sells we will move to New Mexico and get at least two acres where I can have some good antennas. Then I will be a power monger. Some day I'll get QSLs made and going. It's a work in progress. Peace, Love and have fun! I am!
