Biography

First licensed 1977 @ FCC Field office Long Beach, Ca.

The FCC will not recall anyone to retake any element that was administered by an FCC engineer. I loved that Old Lady in the Long Beach FCC Fishbowl waiting room who took great joy in announcing at the top of her voice... "You didn't make it Dear." My Commercial and Amateur tickets are safe. "Dear". :)
