Biography

My name is Piotr and I am a radio amateur from Olkusz, Poland. I started my journey in the world of radio with VLF (Very Low Frequency) communication and exploring the wonders of satellite radio. I then progressed to decoding weather faxes and receiving aircraft positions using ABS-D technology. One of my interests also lies in decoding meteorological probes.

Currently, I am proud to own a Yaesu FT-897D, which has become my go-to radio equipment. To complement my setup, I am a dedicated user of Linux, a powerful operating system that allows for flexibility and customization in my radio operations.

Being a radio amateur is a incredible journey for me, providing countless opportunities to explore and discover new aspects of the radio world. I am constantly learning and growing in this hobby, amazed by the endless possibilities it presents.
